Kevin Reynolds VS James Dearmin
Bangaly Kourouma is out, James Dearmin steps in!
After training hard to fight Karouma Bangalay, Kevin learns, Bangalay can not fight due to a back injury. Bangalay was quickly replaced by Tim Shocks. Tim Shocks was ready, Kevin was ready, but unfortunately, Tim could not make it to Edmonton and had to pull out one day before the fight. A local fighter, James Dearmin stepped up to the challenge to face Kevin Reynolds.
For James, this fight would have moved him up the rankings fast. He came out swinging, and fought a great fight with only one day's notice. Kevin held him off and picked his punches. After knocking James down twice, the towel was thrown in, ending the fight 24 seconds into the third round. This was Kevin's nineth win, sixth by way of knockout.

Kevin is the number one contender and negotiations are in progress for a rematch between Kevin Reynolds and Frank White.
