White Collar Fight Night 4

Contenders Training Studio is proud to present White Collar Fight Night 4, on Thursday November 22, 2007. WCFN has been a great success from day one and Contenders has been able to donate a total of over $30,000 dollars to Athletics For Kids (a charity helping kids - who otherwise couldn't afford it, to get involved with sports from elementary right through high school).

White Collar Fight Night 3 was the most successful so far raising over $16,000 dollars for A4K. We are hoping that WCFN4 will also be a huge success. Again, aside from our hard costs, ALL proceeds will go directly to A4K (including ticket sales). With your help, we believe WCFN4 can be more successful then the previous 3.

As you may not know, the profile of the white collar fighter is the executive types that are eager to test their skills without becoming a professional or amateur boxers. WCFN4 is proud to present the main event as David McWhinnie ( Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP) vs Simon Coval (of Fasken Martineau). This exciting bout will feature these rival law firms competing in the ring in the name of charity. Dave, a veteran of White Collar Fight Night 3, challenged Fasken's firm - Simon agreed to the challenge! Both are members at Contenders, and both are very good friends. They are both fighting to test their skills, and to donate their bodies to charity.

Other White Collar Fighters include actor Adrian Formosa, Head Hunter Bruce Mackenzie of Chapman and Associates, Lawyer Stephen Jackson of F and J Law, Omar Diaz-executive of The Sun Newspaper, advertising executive Bruce MacDonald will be up against stock broker Marcell Rada of Global Securities. Also in attendance will be local celebrities Gabrielle Miller of Corner Gas, and Sarah Strange of Men In Tress. Local boxing hero's such as Dale Walters, Manny Sobral, and Gordy Recette. As well as founder of Athletics For Kids, Shane Collins.

Please contact Teddy (ted@contenders.ca) for further ticket information, and donation packages.
