Our facility is fully equipped and spacious, focused on providing a great environment for men and women who wish to participate in either competitive boxing or recreational boxing for fitness.
Our facility has trainers and programs designed to assist you in participating in "The Sweet Science" at the level of intensity you feel comfortable in. The professional and safe environment of our gym is the place for you.
