Sparring / Open Gym
The true boxing experience!
Open Gym is for anybody who would like to work out on your own. Our heavy bags, skipping ropes, free weights and other exercise equipment are available for you.
Sparring is for those of you who are registered with BC Boxing and have your own 16oz gloves, headgear and mouth guard. This sparring session is conducted by Contenders instructor(s).
This is the perfect class for those who wish to compete. The Open Gym / Sparring Class combined with the Beginner and Intermediate Skills classes will put you on the right path to being a successful competitor. You will have full instruction during your sparring session and will walk away knowing what you did well and what you need to work on.
