Foam Rolling - Myofascial Release

After an intense workout, after being inactive for a long time or while recovering from an injury, we often get tight muscles. In this 30-minute Foam Rolling Class, you will be guided through various stretches that will help you relieve such tight muscles.

What does Foam Rolling do?

It lengthens the muscles that got shortened from being repeatedly contracted during a workout. It also loosens up the muscle tissues that are stuck together due to old/new injuries, lack of use or lack of regular stretching.

By lengthening and loosening the muscles, you are able to let more blood flow in the targeted area. Your blood carries important nutrients and oxygen that are crucial to muscle recovery and injury prevention.


Our Foam Rolling Class is offered every Monday at 1PM and the access to this class is included in your monthly membership. Class size is limited. If you have your own roam roller, please feel free to bring it to the class.
