Contenders Boxing Classes offer structure, and instruction to learn the sport of the sweet science. This class will focus on the most important punches and fundamentals of boxing. You will learn and work on your stance, punch combinations, and movements. The class combines all the best of core work, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning for the ultimate body shaping experience. The first thing about boxing is getting you in shape. You will need to bring runners, and a regular gym clothes. We have boxing gloves to lend you during your first class, however, if you have your own, please bring them.
We supply filtered water, clean towels, showers, and day lockers.
